Fazl H. Siddiqui is a highly experienced HR professional, productivity expert, executive coach, and consultant who is passionate about helping people find the leader in themselves. Known as a positive change agent, facilitator and guide, he has assisted many leaders and their teams understand their strengths, collaborate effectively, and drive organizational and personal success. His experience spans over 25 years in Human Capital Management. He has had a special focus on leadership development, career planning and talent management, facilitation, and top executive team alignment and integration of business strategy with strategic human capital initiatives, both as Head of HR and consultant in private enterprises, oil sector, financial sector and manufacturing companies.
He has three Masters’ Degrees and several professional certifications, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the best management practices in the areas of strategic planning and execution, productivity and performance improvement, scorecards and improving bottom-line results. He is a writer and an original thinker. He is the author of the book The COVETed Leader in which he brings together his experience working with four Oil Sector CEOs, two Banking CEOs, one Manufacturing Sector CEO and many professionals from various disciplines. He loves to bring out the best in people, inspire them and spark innovative ideas through coaching and mentoring.
APRIL SCOTT
Chief Executive
April Scott helps leaders and business professionals tackle difficult issues and improve performance. She is a multi-faceted coach, human resources specialist, and business professional with broad and deep experience in Coaching, Talent Management, Organization Development, Organization Change Management, and as HR Generalist and Business Partner.
Her MBA is from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). Industry experience includes aerospace, engineering & construction services, automotive, and consumer packaged goods at Fortune 500 companies. She has her Executive Coaching certification from the Center for Executive Coaching, accredited by the International Coach Federation.
She has designed several high-impact programs such as a high-potential program for Mattel’s Talent Management Center of Excellence, a 4-day strategic conference for Jacobs’ 300 senior-most executives, and Mattel’s Organization Change Management model.
COURTNEY DUREY
Manager
Courtney Durey is a highly talented young professional who brings millennial awareness and insights to the team to engage and enroll young leaders. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in marketing.
She is an alumna of the Mount Leadership Society and continues to pursue a passion for developing leadership capabilities in herself and others.
She is extremely proficient with web-site management and enhancement and online program management that provides support to the program.
