About the Program

The COVETed Leader© Model is a Leadership Program for experienced executives, young leaders, and anyone aspiring to get to the next level of leadership excellence. Based on the book The COVETed Leader©, the program is a comprehensive approach that helps leaders in your organization focus on bringing out their best and making a greater impact on the organization, both on the bottom-line as well as on the people they lead.

A COVETed Leader is someone who is highly sought after to lead organizations and people due to their capabilities and strength of character. The program aims at helping current and potential leaders develop Courage, Optimism, Vision, Excellence, and Trust. When combined, these traits are what make a COVETed Leader.

By embracing the five pillars of transformative leadership and the underlying tenets and behavioral traits, leaders will find:

Methodology

360° Assessment

The program starts with:


  • Comprehensive online 360° assessment to assess the current level of development

  • One-on-one session between the participant and one of our expert coaches to develop a Personal Development Plan for their program participation.


Workshop 

The in-class workshop is an extremely interactive and intensive 10 days spread over the four-month program.

Coaching

One-on-one coaching is provided to each participant from the time of the enrollment and continuing for a period of maximum six months. Coaching sessions are held once every two weeks but not exceeding 12 sessions over a six-month period.

Journaling

One key distinguishing feature of the program is the instilling of new habits, one of which is journaling. These new habits form new neural pathways for making the pillars an integral part of the leadership DNA of the participants and bring behavioral change that is key to improving business performance.
